Virtually Live software will change the way you do business with Digital Signage and Interactive Kiosks.  Digital Signage and Interactive Kiosks are still considered breaking technology in Niagara, but Virtually Live by The Business Solution adds a few twists.

Here are a few of the innovative technologies that Virtually Live has created.

RFID Tracking:  Membership card systems with Virtually Live BACK Net (Broad Analysis of Consumer Kinetics Network) will track your customer’s movements and log them for you. Motion Sensing: Using Motion Sensing Technology, companies can now get a better understanding of their traffic counts.  Motion Sensing technology will detect movement around the Digital Signage or Kiosk and log what time the motion was detected and what image or video was playing on the screen at that time.  The Auto Mute feature can turn off a video’s sound until it detects motion.

Voice Recognition: Virtually Live Unreal is a virtual customer service representative that understands what questions you are asking and plays the proper video responses from the database.  Customers can interact with the Unreal Model the same way they interact with a live human being.  All questions and responses are logged.

Interactive Digital Signage: Customers can interact with a touchscreen interface and choose which images or videos they would like to watch. Customers can email the information to themselves or use QR Code technology to receive the information directly on their smart phones.  Both of these actions are logged for marketing purposes.
