VTI LogoVelocity Training Inc. (www.velocitytraininginc.com) CEO Shawn Bonnough announced today that in partnership with the Penticton Indian Band's wholly owned and operated West Hill Aggregates will be offering Challenge for Experienced Operators (CEO) in Penticton, BC to alleviate the demand for ministry approved Heavy Equipment Operators certification.

WireService.ca Press Release - Jan 3, 2012 - With one of the fastest growing demographics (Baby Boomers) transitioning after investing years of working their way up and proving proficiency on Heavy Equipment the thousands of operators that don't have Certification from Government Approved Provider is limiting the daunting challenge facing Canada skilled labour shortage. The solution is now here with Velocity Training Inc.'s Challenge for Experienced Operators (CEO).

Challenge for Experienced Operators (CEO) is a program developed by Velocity Training Inc. where experienced operators can study course materials in preparation of writing the final exam and conducting operational field exercises and demonstrating safety procedures that all new High Velocity Equipment Training (HVET) (http://www.heavymetaltraining.com ) graduates must complete in order to receive certification.

This program is designed to allow seasoned operators to challenge High Velocity Equipment Training (HVE)T programs and receive certification without attending the full length Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) programs.
