What do you do when employees cross the line? You Did What?!: A Reality Check on Human Resources Practices (ISBN: 978-927080-00-9) challenges you to think deeply about a variety of scenarios that are possible in the workplace, covering topics such as:

  • Addictions in the workplace
  • Social media
  • The duty to accommodate
  • Staffing
  • Employee misconduct

The first book of its kind in Canada, You Did What?! is especially geared to human resources (HR) professionals who are often asked to simplify complex situations for those they support and to give clear direction. The book is aimed at teaching you how to accomplish that task by presenting real world scenarios and then posing questions for further thought.
