Press Release: Scorpion's Kelsey Caza Signs With University Of Waterloo

Scorpions Volleyball player Kelsey Caza, a 6'2" middle blocker, has signed with the University of Waterloo women's varsity volleyball team. Press Release (06/05/2015) Cambridge, ON - The Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club is proud to announce the fourth player this season who have signed to play varsity volleyball at college or university in September 2015.


18U Scorpion player Kelsey Caza, from Waterloo, Ontario, has decided to attend the University of Waterloo and accept a scholarship to play for the Waterloo Warrior women's team.

This past season Kelsey had a fantastic season. Highlights include:

  • Scorpions 18U Team - Division 2 Tier 3 Silver Provincial Medal
  • Resurrection Phoenix CWOSSA Champions.
  • Resurrection Phoenix District 8 Champions.
  • Kelsey was also named a District 8 First Team All-Star.

Paul Langan, Founder of Scorpions Volleyball Club states, "Kelsey is a powerful hitter and excellent blocker. But her skill set goes beyond that. Her competitive demeanor and great sense of humour make her a valuable asset to the Warriors lineup."
