About Pascal Vernhes and BIVY Cafe:
Pascal Vernhes is the owner and creative mastermind behind BIVY Cafe. He studied at the Catering School of Paris, was the General Manager of Monsoon and the former owner of MIDI Bistro before opening BIVY Cafe in the summer of 2012.

With close attention to detail, Pascal designed and constructed the interior of BIVY Cafe using reclaimed wood and vintage lighting. Throughout the space, he shares his love for the outdoors with classic sporting goods pieces, a hand-painted model plane and four modern deerheads. Chalkboards are used to post menu items, wine selections and also serve as a creative outlet for Louisiana's chalk creations.
