The United States Condolences to Colin Powell. The 84-year-old’s family announced on Facebook that he had died of coronavirus despite being vaccinated twice. “We have lost a remarkable and loving husband, father, grandfather and a great American.” After a goiter, there were complications. Powell left the party
Over time, the Republican could no longer identify with his party. In 2008 he nominated Barack Obama (60) for the election. In 2016 and 2020 he stood behind the Democratic candidates.
Powell caused a stir when he left the Republican Party earlier this year. After attacking the US capital in January, Powell told CNN that he “can no longer identify with the Republicans.” The New Yorker was considered a major critic of former President Donald Trump (75).

In February 2003, Powell caused a stir with a speech to the UN Security Council. The four-star general said Iraq had biological and chemical weapons of mass destruction. In addition, Saddam Hussein’s regime supported international terrorism and sought to develop nuclear weapons. As a symbolic example, Powell had a bottle of anthrax that could be used as a biofilm on a large scale camera.
