Former United States Secretary of State Colin Powell († 84) Corona has died

The United States Condolences to Colin Powell. The 84-year-old’s family announced on Facebook that he had died of coronavirus despite being vaccinated twice. “We have lost a remarkable and loving husband, father, grandfather and a great American.” After a goiter, there were complications. Powell died at Walter Reed Hospital on the outskirts of Washington. According to media reports, he had long-standing health problems.

Powell made history. Under President George W. Bush, the son of immigrants from New York to Jamaica was appointed America’s first black foreign secretary from 2001 to 2005. Before that he was the US chief of staff – the first black man.
