L’AQUILA – The Gong-Oh! He reached the end. After four days of music, musical performances, concerts and documentaries dedicated to the great songwriters and a private space with Gianni Rodari Dedicated to girls and boys, Gong-oh! It arrives on its last day, Saturday 6 November, always at the Auditorium del Parco.
The final day of the festival will open with auditions for the Factory Sound Choir. From 3.30pm it will be possible to take part in auditions to join the choir of the school’s Academy of Music via Fabio Cannella, in the heart of the historic centre.
Then, at 6 p.m., a singer-songwriter who introduces himself as a “Roman Craftsman” walks onto stage: Flavio Gurato. Giorato is a crazy visionary, recorded in the Italian song “Standing”. He will return to L’Aquila for an important and refined contribution to beauty and counter-current poetry.
At 9 pm, the last date of Gong-oh, who will be the undisputed protagonist, will begin Vittorio Nukenzi, founder of the famous Banco del Mutuo Soccorso, with the show “Born Free, Stories in Music and Words by Vittorio Nussensi”.
Regarded among the most important keyboardists and composers of all time, Nocenzi will tell the story of the Banco del Mutuo Soccorso, in a precious testament that will trace the group’s path from the genesis of progressive rock to the present day.
