A New Story Set in a Reimagined Los Angeles
Blade Runner 2099 Continues the Franchise Timeline
Set decades after Blade Runner 2049, the series takes place in a transformed Los Angeles where the city’s future has evolved in unexpected ways.

Her mission forces her into an uneasy alliance with Olwen, a Replicant approaching the end of her lifespan. Together, they pursue a runaway whose hidden secret threatens the stability of the fragile society they inhabit.
The storyline expands the long-running themes of identity, artificial intelligence and humanity that have defined the Blade Runner franchise since its inception.
