Toronto audiences will have a new opportunity to celebrate the holiday season this December as Christmas by Candlelight arrives at Massey Hall, bringing West End vocalists, live musicians and a program of familiar festive favourites to one of Canada’s best-known concert venues.
Massey Hall announced on September 8 that the concert will take place Monday, December 21, 2026, at 8 p.m. Tickets are scheduled to go on sale to the public Friday, September 11, at 10 a.m., with membership pre-sales also available.
West End Singers to Headline Toronto Christmas Concert
Christmas by Candlelight is being presented as a live holiday production featuring a cast of singers from London’s West End alongside a world-class live band.
The Toronto performance will combine traditional Christmas music with popular seasonal hits in a candlelit setting, positioning the event as a family-oriented celebration just days before Christmas.
The program is expected to include several well-known holiday songs, including White Christmas, Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!, Santa Baby, O Holy Night and Winter Wonderland, along with additional Christmas selections.
