Russian-Ukrainian war, shells raining down on Zelensky’s hometown

Russia once again struck Kryvyi Rih, the hometown of Volodymyr Zelensky, after the bombing two days ago claimed the lives of 12 civilians (including a child). This was reported by UNIAN, which quoted the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhiy Lisk, as saying that a 38-year-old man was wounded and was hospitalized in non-serious conditions. Two industrial factories were hit in the bombing, while the Ukrainian Eastern Defense Forces shot down 5 Shahed 131/136 drones over the area. The attack was carried out by the Russians with cruise missiles and Iranian kamikaze planes at night. The targets that were targeted “have nothing to do with the army.”

The port city of Odessa in southern Ukraine was hit early today by a Russian airstrike. The state of war report was submitted by the Southern Command of the Ukrainian Army, which clarified that the attack was carried out by drones and asked residents to stay in shelters because “there is a risk of another missile attack”. The Kiev military also reported that about twenty drones were shot down by Ukrainian anti-aircraft fire.
