Rollme has unveiled its first blood pressure–monitoring smartwatch, marking a strategic expansion into the fast-growing digital health and wearable technology market. The new device, called the Kore D1, combines blood pressure measurement capabilities with a broad set of health tracking and smart features aimed at everyday users and families.
The launch comes as consumer demand for health-focused wearables continues to rise in North America and globally, driven by aging populations, increased awareness of chronic conditions, and a growing preference for at-home monitoring tools. Rollme positions the Kore D1 as a multi-purpose health device designed to offer medical-grade accuracy while remaining accessible and comfortable for daily use.
Medical-Grade Blood Pressure Monitoring
At the core of the Kore D1 is an air pump system paired with a soft, eco-friendly blood pressure airbag. The design incorporates a sealed cavity intended to prevent air leakage, allowing the smartwatch to capture real-time blood pressure fluctuations with a level of precision typically associated with traditional upper-arm monitors.
The company has also introduced an integrated airbag strap design, upgraded for stability and ease of use. The strap features a magnetic clasp and can be easily removed for cleaning. It is adjustable to accommodate different wrist sizes, while remaining breathable and comfortable for extended wear.
Rollme says the device’s internal hardware has been fully upgraded, including a next-generation nonlinear air pressure sensor and a high-performance flagship chip. Together, these components are designed to reduce interference, improve signal stability, and enhance the accuracy of blood pressure readings.
Designed for Accessibility and Daily Use
The Kore D1 is built with ease of use in mind, particularly for older users. One-click blood pressure measurement is paired with a voice broadcast function, allowing users to hear their readings without needing to navigate the display.
The smartwatch also supports electrocardiogram monitoring through superconducting nano-glass technology. ECG data collection is synchronized with artificial intelligence–assisted analysis, and the resulting data can be viewed, stored, and shared through a companion mobile application. Users can access clear electrocardiogram charts directly from the app, supporting ongoing health tracking and consultations.
Broader Health and Safety Features
Beyond blood pressure and ECG monitoring, the Kore D1 offers a comprehensive suite of health sensors. These track heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep patterns, and body temperature. The device provides real-time alerts for abnormal heart rate readings and includes an SOS function intended for emergencies.
A family health synchronization feature allows users to remotely share health data with family members, enabling timely alerts if irregular readings are detected. This function reflects a broader industry trend toward connected health ecosystems that support caregiving across households.
Display, Connectivity, and Battery Performance
The Kore D1 features a 1.95-inch AMOLED high-definition display designed to reduce eye strain. The watch is housed in a durable alloy bezel, balancing durability with a modern aesthetic suitable for everyday wear.
Additional smart features include Bluetooth calling, multiple sports modes, and customizable watch faces. An intelligent low-power algorithm is designed to extend battery life, addressing one of the most common concerns among smartwatch users.
Pricing, Availability, and Pre-Order Incentives
The Rollme Kore D1 is available in two colour options, Beige and Space Gray. The smartwatch is now open for pre-order through Rollme’s official online store, priced at US$139.99.
As part of its pre-order campaign, Rollme is offering an incentive aimed at early adopters. Customers who purchase the Kore D1 during the pre-order period will receive a smart ring, the R12, at no additional cost. The company says all pre-orders are expected to ship sequentially by the end of February.
A Competitive Entry Into a Crowded Market
With established players such as Apple, Samsung, Huawei, and Garmin dominating the smartwatch segment, Rollme’s entry underscores the competitive nature of the wearable health market. By focusing on blood pressure monitoring and family-oriented health features at a mid-range price point, the company is aiming to differentiate itself in a crowded field.
As regulatory scrutiny and consumer expectations around health data accuracy continue to increase, the Kore D1’s performance in real-world use will likely determine how effectively Rollme can establish itself as a credible player in the connected health space.
