(ANSA) – Perugia, August 24 – The final concert of the 15th edition of Federico Chissi, a music festival organized by the Fabrica Association, will take place on Thursday August 25 (9.30 pm) at the Basilica of Santa Chiara in Montecastrilli. Harmonica in the municipalities of Terni, Acquasparta, Montecasterelli and San Gemini. The show, dedicated to “baroque paths, passacagli, sonatas and motets from Naples to Venice” will be free entry (with reservations required: [email protected], 393 9145351, 389 6638112) thanks to the support of Cassa di Risparmio de Terni and Narni (Carrett ). A rendezvous fusing wonderful music (performed with ancient instruments) with architecture (the church belonging to the Convent of Clarisse of Montecasterelli, has Baroque stucco and will be exceptionally open to the public for the occasion by the Abbey Mother) to lead the audience on an imaginative journey into Italian culture in seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

To perform it, the ensemble “Lo Scrigno Musicale” – with the voice of Rosa Montano (Mezzo soprano), calfschord by Fabio Espsiano and violin by Vincenzo Corrado and Egidio Mastromenico – which will bring to life the music of Andrea Falconero, Pietro Megali, Giovanni Battista Pergolesi, Arcangelo Correlli, Giuseppe Vallezzo and Alessandro Falconero Anton Lucio Vivaldi and Tommaso Albinoni.

Annalisa Pellegrini, Artistic Director and President of the Fabrica Harmonica Association, expressed her satisfaction with this edition of the festival. He emphasized that all the concerts were very popular, not only by local audiences but also by tourists, Italians and foreigners alike, who were always sold out. In particular, the brilliant acting of Beethoven IX Symphony was successful, which took place last July 20 at the Fausto Amphitheater in Terni, in which all the citizens also took part thanks to the collaboration with Unitalsi of Terni. ”
