WINDSOR, Ont. — Windsor-Essex County’s fitness and wellness sector is set for further expansion with the launch of FS8 East Windsor, a premium Pilates, tone and yoga studio scheduled to open in September 2026.
Located in the Central Wellness Plaza at 2385 Central Avenue, the studio will introduce a new style of reformer and mat-based fitness training to the region, combining Pilates-inspired movement with strength conditioning, yoga flows and recovery-focused wellness services.

In addition to its workout programming, the studio will include two contrast therapy rooms equipped with Sunlighten mPulse Conquer 3 infrared saunas and Chilly Goat cold plunge systems designed by Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps. A third recovery-focused room will feature compression, percussion and vibration therapy equipment supplied by Hyperice.

The studio will feature 16 reformer and mat stations supported by immersive video screens and instructor-led group classes. The workouts are designed to improve strength, mobility, posture and overall wellness while accommodating a range of fitness levels and personal goals.
Private rentals for wellness and recovery amenities will also be available.
