Visp and Gck Lions will open the 2024/25 Swiss Super League season: The Zurich team will host Valais in the opening match on Wednesday, September 11. Two days later, the first full round of the Junior Championship will be decided, with the Gdt Bellinzona Snakes taking to the stage at the Thurgau track for the occasion. The following day, with the opening match at 5.15 p.m., the red and white team will make their debut in front of a friendly crowd by welcoming Winterthur.

In total, ten teams will participate in the tournament: instead of Martini, who voluntarily withdrew at the end of last season, they will be joined by Chor, who has recently been promoted to the Swiss Super League.

As in last season, the regular season consists of 45 rounds, with the final day set for January 31: each team will face its opponents five times. The best eight will then start the playoffs (best of 7 matches), which will start on February 11, 2025. The ninth and tenth places will finish their season there.
