Ikea Italia has announced that it will award more than 7,000 workers a bonus of around 4.3 million euros for their efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s more than 600 per worker, no matter what job they hold. This award is part of the global prize of 110 million euros that the Ingka Group, the holding company that controls most Ikea stores, will distribute in the 32 markets in which it operates with 170,000 employees.
