The last midweek round of the first leg valid for the 16th leg ended in a draw: Arzignano Valciampo Pro Vercelli finished 1-1. The goals were scored by Sacco in the second minute of the match and by Gimignani in the 27th minute of the second half. For giallocelesti, the second half was excellent with real team reaction and many chances in the opposition area.
In the first half, everything became difficult for Arezignano Falciampo after Sacco’s header deflected Yotti’s pass from the left into the goal behind Volpe.
Other than that action, not much is seen in the first half of the game. The giallocelesti struggled to respond to the cold showers presented by the goal which added to their humiliation compared to the defeat in the derby against the Red and White.
It should be noted a shot on goal in the 37th minute in Paris and then a real goal opportunity again for striker Arzi in the 43rd minute. But the opposing goalkeeper responds to the present.

In the second half, coach Giuseppe Bianchini entered Tardivo instead of Cester. Arzi responds after a sure reprimand from the coach during the first half.
