Lanarchico gives space to young artists

Posted by

This afternoon at 17 o’clock in the space of Lanarchico in Via Guido Monaco, the exhibition “1 + 04” will open, a group exhibition of five young artists from Prato between the experimentation and mixing of different art forms: graphic sign and sound interspersed with drawings, paintings, music, stories and words in the hair. The protagonists will be Tamara Essence, pseudonym Julia Nussi, with her photo diary, a labyrinth of sketches like loose sheets; Mr. Far with pictures and cartoons from the “Dictators” and “Advertisement” series, which show the helpful aggressiveness of subtly moralizing our lives. Then Fabio Lombardi (pictured), with his “People”, supported by old cards and papers, and Elettra Sereni with her journey composed of drawings, paintings and poetic words, accompanied by the sounds of Chiara Lotti’s hand. Finally, there’s the “6000 l’autostrip,” a self-created strip from Boliervaz’s editorial scanner. The music will start from 6pm with Collective Namel. The exhibit can be visited through April 14 by appointment (331 3664642). Lanarchico is the space created in the former spaces of Anonima Calamai in Via Guido Monaco: 400 square meters of industrial monuments for exhibitions, fashion shows, books and concerts.
