At Wire Service Canada (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users, contributors, and partners to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy describes how to report alleged copyright infringements and how we respond to such reports.
Note: While the DMCA is a U.S. law, we adopt this framework as our standard global notice-and-takedown procedure. This does not limit or waive any rights under Canadian law, including the Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42), or other applicable international regulations.
