TORONTO — Beloved Canadian singer-songwriter and philanthropist Andy Kim will return to Toronto’s Massey Hall this December for the annual Andy Kim Christmas, an all-star holiday concert that blends music, community, and generosity. This year’s event will take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, with proceeds supporting CAMH’s Gifts of Light program.
Tickets for the event go on sale October 17 at 10 a.m. local time through ticketmaster.ca, with the full artist lineup to be announced in the coming weeks.
The long-running concert, which has become a fixture of Canada’s holiday entertainment calendar, showcases performances by some of the country’s most acclaimed musical talents. Known for its mix of nostalgia and collaboration, The Andy Kim Christmas celebrates both the spirit of the season and the power of music to unite communities for a cause.
A Star-Studded Holiday Tradition
Guests can expect a classic variety-style show filled with special holiday performances from a lineup of top Canadian artists. Past editions of The Andy Kim Christmas have featured a who’s who of Canadian music — from Sarah McLachlan, Feist, and Nelly Furtado, to Barenaked Ladies, Billy Talent, Arkells, Metric, Tom Cochrane, and Serena Ryder.
Other notable performers over the years include Colin James, Cowboy Junkies, Kim Mitchell, Jully Black, Lights, Maestro, Sloan, The Sheepdogs, and City and Colour, among many others. Each year’s lineup brings a blend of generations and genres together on one stage, creating a distinctly Canadian celebration of music and goodwill.
This year’s show continues that legacy, reaffirming Kim’s long-standing commitment to supporting mental health through the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to CAMH’s Gifts of Light, a program that provides meaningful items, experiences, and support to patients who are struggling or without access to personal resources during treatment.
Andy Kim’s Enduring Legacy
A fixture of the Canadian music scene for more than five decades, Andy Kim remains one of the country’s most enduring performers and songwriters. Born in Montreal, Kim began his career at age 16 and went on to achieve international acclaim, with nine Billboard Top 40 hits, including his number-one single “Rock Me Gently” and the iconic pop anthem “Sugar, Sugar.”
Over the course of his career, Kim has received some of Canada’s highest artistic and civic honours. He is a two-time JUNO Award winner, a member of both the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, and a recipient of the Key to the City of Toronto. In 2024, he was also appointed to the Order of Canada, recognizing his outstanding contributions to music and philanthropy.
For Kim, The Andy Kim Christmas represents more than a concert — it’s a reflection of gratitude and purpose. The event brings together artists, fans, and industry professionals who share a common goal: to give back through music and support mental health initiatives that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
A Shared Commitment to Community
As one of Canada’s most celebrated music charity events, The Andy Kim Christmas has raised significant funds over the years for causes ranging from youth programs to mental health and community support services. The collaboration with CAMH’s Gifts of Light underscores an ongoing commitment to improving access to care and compassion across the province.
Presented by Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company, this year’s concert continues a legacy of partnership between Canada’s music industry and charitable organizations. Live Nation, which operates Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Sponsorship, continues to champion events that combine artistry with social impact.
Fans across the country can once again look forward to an evening of music, laughter, and connection — a night where the joy of the holidays meets the heart of community giving.
Tickets for The Andy Kim Christmas are available starting October 17 at 10 a.m. local time at ticketmaster.ca.
