Cheaper gas could be on your desk

WireService.ca Press Release - Canada's National Energy Board reports that oil should average around $130 a barrel over the next few months, which is more than double what it cost a year ago. The board says the rise has to do with higher demand, supply risks, and a weak US dollar, among other factors. The high cost of oil has caused a sharp increase in gasoline prices and consumers and businesses alike are feeling the pinch.

What could be good news, however, is that researchers from the Romanian Academy Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry have discovered a way to convert the plastic components from electronics into a form of oil which could be of interest to the petroleum industry.
