This new decking technology was developed in response to consumer demand for a low maintenance long-life decking system that adds value to a home.

The evolutionDECKtm technology, which was invented in Sault Ste. Marie, enables deck structures to be made from 100% recycled galvanized steel and are designed to last over 60 years. Unlike a traditional pressure-treated wood, cedar, or wood-composite structure, the evolutionDECKtm structure does not require maintenance, and has a zero carbon footprint during its use. The structure is itself 100% recyclable. New finish choices now include low/no maintenance porcelain tiles, concrete pavers, or natural stone pavers such as granite, travertine or limestone.

Evolutiondeck continues to build momentum in establishing itself as a leader in the decking industry – also offering modular evolutionDECKtm stair systems as an alternative to concrete or wood stairs.
